People do business to earn their living and especially if we look at it, a large section of them do jobs. People work in different fields, some work in the medical field, some in the telecom industry, and some in some other field. If you are employed, then obviously you must be aware of the notice period? Or maybe you have also done the notice period? Actually, almost all companies have a rule of notice period which the employee has to complete after resigning, but can the companies force their employees to complete it or not? So let's try to know the answer to this question. You can know about the notice period in detail in the next slides...

First understand what is this?
Actually, companies make rules for notice period under which whenever an employee leaves the company, he has to inform within the stipulated time (in some companies it is one month, in some it is two and in some it is three months) that he is leaving the company. But when an employee does not complete the notice period, many companies even withhold his documents and salary and force him to complete the notice period.

What does the rule say?

Legally, no company can force any of its employees to complete the notice period. At the same time, when you join a company, you sign many types of documents which also include the notice period document and some such conditions are also written in it under which you can leave the company even without serving the full notice period.

These are some options:-
First option

If you do not want to serve the full notice period, then you can leave the company early by reducing the days of your notice period by taking your leave. However, now many companies are changing this rule because many people are seen using it excessively.

Second option
If you want to leave a company without completing the notice period, you can use notice by back. In this, you can leave early by paying money to the company or by getting your salary deducted and you do not have to complete the full notice period.
