Difficulty walking fast
If the speed of your steps has decreased than before and you are feeling difficulty in walking fast, then this can also be a sign of weight gain. When cholesterol increases in the body, blood circulation and muscle activity are affected. In such a situation, there is difficulty in walking due to a feeling of heaviness in the legs.
The feeling of heaviness in the chest

Also, you should include yoga and aerobic exercises like jogging, running, swimming, and cycling in your daily routine.
