What are natural sweets?
1. Dates- Dates, rich in fibre, are a treasure of taste and health. Although dates are eaten more in winter because they are hot in effect. But in summer you can use chuara. It is also prepared by drying dates. Keep it soaked in water at night and eat it in the morning on an empty stomach or at breakfast.
2. Honey- Its taste gives greed to everyone. According to Ayurveda, every person must eat at least one spoonful of honey every day. Just keep in mind that do not consume it by mixing it in hot milk or hot water. Honey is not eaten with any hot thing.
3. Jaggery- Jaggery is the best form of unrefined sugar. You can use it in everything instead of refined sugar. Although consuming jaggery with milk is prohibited in Ayurveda. Because jaggery also contains a small amount of salt. You can use jaggery to calm the sweet cravings after eating food.
4. Mishri- It is also called rock candy. Mishri is considered very sacred not only for taste and health but also spiritually. That's why in some places it is also called 'Sita-Mithai'.
