Apple Cinnamon Smoothie

Apple smoothie contains anti-oxidants and fibre. Cinnamon is also a healthy herb or spice which is very beneficial. Chia seeds also contain a lot of minerals and fibre. This smoothie will give you instant energy and will also fill your stomach.

Ingredients required

  • Halved apple
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 tsp soaked chia seeds

How to make

  • Apart from chia seeds put all the other things in a mixie jar and blend them.
  • Take it out in a glass.
  • Enjoy by adding chia seeds on top.

Coconut Water and Cinnamon Dates

  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • 200 ml coconut water
  • 2 dates
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
