Gram flour - 300 grams
Sugar - 2 cups
Cardamom powder – 3 teaspoons
Almonds – 1 cup
Cashew – 1 cup
Makhana - 1 cup
Desi Ghee - 350 grams
Water – 1 cup
Recipe
1. First of all, take a bowl. Sieve the gram flour well in it.
2. After this, prepare a smooth batter by adding some water to the gram flour.
3. While preparing the batter, take care that there are no lumps in it.
4. After this, pour water into a pan and let it boil.
5. As soon as the water starts boiling, add sugar to it. Prepare the syrup well.
6. Cook the syrup for 4-5 minutes. After this, as soon as a string starts forming in the syrup, add cardamom powder to it.
7. Place a pan on gas and add desi ghee to it.
8. As soon as the ghee melts, put the mixture prepared from gram flour in a cotton cloth.
9. Make a hole in the cloth beforehand. Take oil from the bundle in small drops.
10. You can also add yellow or red color to the gram flour mixture.
11. After this, as soon as the drops are ready, put them in the syrup.
12. Mix the syrup well. After this add chopped almonds and cashews to it.
13. Keep the boondi in the syrup for 30 minutes.
14. After the stipulated time, take out the boondi and prepare laddus by applying some ghee to your hands.
15. Similarly, make round-shaped laddus with all the boondi.
16. Your tasty boondi laddus are ready. Garnish with dry fruits and serve.
