Currently, Sawan is going on and Kheer is also offered to Lord Shiva. Today we will give you information about the recipe of Makhana Kheer instead of rice. Among dry fruits, Makhana kheer is very tasty to eat. It is also known as the Makhana Pudding Recipe.

Ingredients
Makhana – 1 cup
Milk – 1 liter
Sugar - 1 cup
Desi Ghee - 3 spoons
Chironji – 1 teaspoon
chopped nuts
cardamom powder

Recipe
- First of all, grind the makhanas coarsely in the mixer. Keep in mind that the makhana should not become too fine.
- After grinding the makhana coarsely, heat desi ghee in a pan and fry it lightly.
On the other hand, add sugar to milk in a vessel and cook it well. Then put the cooked makhanas in this mixture.
- When the makhana in milk is cooked well, then add all the chopped dry fruits to it.
- After this add cardamom powder and turn off the gas.
- Let the kheer cool for some time and then serve.
