Along with this, the governments of different states of the country also run many schemes for the youth.

One such scheme has been started by the UP government. Initially, 30 thousand youth will be given training. The name of this scheme is Surya Mitra Yojana. Let us tell you. How the youth be given benefits under this scheme? And how they will be given training.

30,000 youth will get training in Surya Mitra Yojana
The Uttar Pradesh government has set a target of getting solar panels fitted in the homes of one crore people of the state. For this, the Uttar Pradesh government will also train 30,000 youth in the state. These 30,000 youths will be trained under the Surya Mitra Yojana. According to state officials, these youths will be trained in district centers and industrial training institutes. Along with this, it was also told that more than 3,000 youths in Uttar Pradesh have completed training courses for solar projects. Now the target has been set to take this number to 30,000.

This is how training will be given

The Uttar Pradesh government has started the work of training the youth under the Surya Mitra scheme. There will be a three-month training program under this scheme. In which there will be 600 hours of training. During this, classes, practical laboratory work, demonstration of solar photovoltaic technology plant, soft skill development, and entrepreneurship development courses will also be conducted.

These youths will get

Only selected youth will be given training through the government's Surya Mitra scheme. To get the benefit under the scheme, the youth must have passed class 10th. Along with this, it is also necessary for them to have an ITI certificate of a wireman, electrician, fitter, electronic mechanic, and sheet metal worker. After the completion of this training, the government will help these youth for employment.

Solar energy will get a boost

According to the data released by UPNEDA of Uttar Pradesh, the registration work for installing solar panels in more than 18 lakh houses in the state has been completed. The net billing/net metering process has also been started by the government to further increase the use of solar energy. The UP government has partnered with the Tata Group to install solar panels in 10 lakh houses in Uttar Pradesh.
