According to the order, holidays have been announced in the schools of Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Council from May 20 to June 15, 2023.
According to the order of UP Basic Education Council, Prayagraj Secretary, the summer vacation in under-control schools/recognised schools of UP Education Department is scheduled to start from 20th May till 15th June. Let us tell you that keeping in mind the safety of the students and teachers due to the scorching heat and dangerous heat waves in the country including the state, school timings were also changed in many districts.
However, in view of the rising temperature, the Education Department has announced Summer Vacation. However, in many states, school holidays were already announced in view of the severe heatwave. At the same time, the Varanasi District Magistrate has issued an order to close the school in view of the extreme heat. The District Magistrate has issued an order to close all the schools from class 1 to 8.
