5 mangoes
1 tbsp ginger (chopped)
3 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp salt
½ cup sugar
½ cup white wine
half tsp black pepper powder
1 clove
1 tsp cinnamon powder

How to make Mango Ketchup?
To make Mango Ketchup, first of all take mangoes.
Then peel the mango and cut it into fine pieces.
After this, grind the mango pieces in a mixer grinder and make a thick paste.
Then put all the spices in the prepared paste and cook it well.
After this, add half a cup of water and sugar to it.
Then you cook it for about 10 minutes till it becomes half.
