Bottle gourd
Curd
Cumin
Asafoetida

Method
Making bottle gourd raita is quite easy. For this, first of all, peel the bottle gourd, cut it into four pieces, and grate it. After grating the bottle gourd, add water to a pan and boil it. You have to boil it for 5-8 minutes. When the gourd melts, filter it through a sieve and spread it on a plate.
While it is cooling down, take curd in a bowl and beat it properly. Now you have to prepare the tadka of raita. To make tadka, first put oil in a pan and heat it.
After the oil becomes hot, add asafoetida and cumin seeds to it. After the tadka is made, add it to the whipped curd. After tempering, mix the curd properly.
Finally add boiled bottle gourd, finely chopped coriander leaves, green chillies, salt as per taste, and a little black salt. After the raita is ready, keep it in the refrigerator. Now serve cold raita with food.
