MCL Bharti 2023: Mahanadi Coal Field Limited has issued a notification in the employment news published on 31 December 2022 for recruitment to various posts. The application process for recruitment to the posts is starting from 03 January 2023 and will continue till 23 January 2023. Interested candidates can apply online by visiting the official website of the company on this scheduled date. These recruitments will be done on a total of 195 posts. Out of the total posts, 82 posts are for Junior Overman, 145 posts are for Mining Sirdar, and 68 posts are for Surveyor.

MCL Bharti 2023 Eligibility:
Junior Overman - Diploma in Mining Engineering of 03 years duration or Degree in Mining Engineering or any other equivalent qualification approved by the Central Government from any recognized Institute.
Valid Overman Competency Certificate (Unrestricted) issued by Directorate General of Mines Safety (DGMS) under Coal Mines Regulation 2017 to work in Open Cast (OC) and Underground (UG) Mines or any other certificate in mining entitling him to work As Overman as per Coal Mines Regulation 2017 to work in both OC and UG Mines.
Valid First Aid Certificate.
Valid Gas Testing Certificate.
Mining Sirdar- Senior Secondary School Examination or Intermediate Examination (10+2) or its equivalent examination from any recognized Board of Examination.
Or
Diploma in Mining Engineering of 03 years duration or Degree in Mining Engineering or other equivalent qualification approved by the Central Government from any recognized Institute.
Valid Mining Sirdarship Certificate (Unrestricted) from DGMS for working in Open Cast (OC) and Under Ground (UG) Mines under Coal Mines Regulation 2017 or any other certificate of competency in Mining which entitles the applicant to work as Mining Sirdar gives the right to do so. To work in both OC and UG mines as per Coal Mines Regulation 2017.
Surveyor- Senior Secondary School Examination or Intermediate Examination (10+2) or its equivalent examination from any recognized Board of Examination.
Or
Diploma in Mining/Mine Surveying Engineering of 03 years duration or equivalent qualification in Mining/Mine Surveying Engineering from any recognized Institute approved by the Central Government on this behalf.
MCL Bharti 2023 Salary:
Junior Overman - ₹ 31,852.56 per month
Mining Sardar - ₹ 31,852.56 per month
Surveyor - ₹34,391.65 per month
