Excessive consumption of both tea and coffee can be harmful to health. Excessive consumption of coffee should be avoided during the summer season. Green tea can be a good option
Dietitians say, summers can tire your body in various ways and also increase problems for your digestive system. Instead of tea and coffee, you can drink one or two cups of green tea a day.
