Today we will tell you how to make stuffed tindas, which you will definitely like. Generally, children get irritated by the name of Tinda, but this dish of this vegetable will win their hearts too. Its spicy taste is something special. Stuffed Linda can be eaten with roti or paratha. These will not spoil for 3-4 days if kept in the refrigerator.

Ingredients
4 medium sized tindas
3 onions grated
2 green chillies finely chopped
5 garlic cloves
1-inch piece of grated ginger
1 teaspoon turmeric
2 teaspoons coriander powder
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
Some finely chopped coriander
Salt as per taste
oil to fry

Recipe
- First of all, wash and peel the tienda and make 2 cuts by crossing it in the middle.
- After this, apply some salt to the tienda and keep it for 10 minutes.
Now crush garlic, green chili, green coriander, and ginger.
- Grind or grate the onion and green chili.
- Mix green chili, salt, turmeric, red chili, coriander powder, and garam masala in this masala.
- Add crushed ginger and garlic to it.
Now take some masala and fill it in the middle of the tinda and press it. Fill all the tandas like this.
- Now heat oil in a pan add the filled tindas and cover the pan. Lower the gas flame.
- While stirring occasionally, turn the tienda and cook till it melts.
- When the tandas get melted, fry them on high flame for some time and turn off the gas. Stuffed tindas are ready.
