Ingredients for Stuffed Lauki
Bottle gourd is most important for making stuffed bottle gourd. To make it, take bottled gourd, tomato, onion, garlic paste, ginger, gram dal, coriander powder, red chili powder, dried mango powder, fennel, garam masala, oil, and salt as per taste. Take all these ingredients according to the number of people you are eating.

Stuffed Bottle Gourd Recipe
First, peel the bottle gourd and cut it lengthwise into equal pieces. After this, cut tomato and onion and prepare a paste of both and keep them in bowls. Now take the soaked chana dal overnight and grind it coarsely with the help of a mixer to make a paste. After this, add oil to a pan and fry the lentil paste well, and take it out in a vessel.

Now put oil again in the pan and after heating it, after adding mustard seeds, add onion paste, tomato paste, and ginger-garlic paste and mix it well. Cook it for about 5 minutes while stirring it in a pan. After some time, add chana dal paste to it. After this add turmeric and salt to it and leave it all to cook together. After 2-3 minutes add coriander powder, red chili, and fennel powder and mix it. After this add dried mango powder and spices. When the paste is cooked well here, turn off the gas and leave it to cool.

Stuff the paste in the bottle gourd
Now when the paste cools down, cut the gourd pieces from the middle and stuff the paste in it. After this, again put some oil in the pan and heat it. When the oil becomes hot, put a stuffed bottle of gourd in it and leave it to cook. Now cook the vegetable on low flame for about 10 minutes. When the gourd becomes soft after being cooked well, turn off the gas. Now stuffed gourd full of taste is ready. You can serve it with roti or paratha.
