Ingredients needed to make Amla marmalade-
15-20 Amla
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
2.5 cups sugar (as per taste)
1/2 pinch saffron threads

How to make Amla Murabba?
To make Amla marmalade, first of all, wash the green gooseberries thoroughly with water.
After this, with the help of a cotton cloth, wipe all the gooseberries one by one.
Then with the help of a fork or knife make holes all around the gooseberry.
After this, put 4-5 cups of water in a pan and heat it on medium flame.
Then put amla in hot water and boil it on high flame for about 10 minutes.
After this, turn off the gas and separate the water from the gooseberry.
Then put three cups of water and sugar in another utensil and heat it on medium flame.
After this, when the sugar dissolves and becomes syrup, then you put Amla in it.
Then you cook Amla on low flame for about 30 to 40 minutes.
After this, when the gooseberry dissolves well in the sugar syrup, then turn off the flame.
Then you leave it to cool down and when it cools down, fill the amla with sugar syrup in a glass jar.
After this, you leave them by keeping them for about 48 hours.
Then take out the amla from the syrup and add cardamom powder and saffron to the syrup.
After this, you boil it until 2-3 string sugar syrup is formed.
Then add amla again to the prepared sugar syrup and boil it for about 5 minutes.
Now your healthy and tasty Amla Murabba is ready.
Then when it cools down, fill it in a glass container and store it.
