Ingredients to make Spinach Soup
Chopped spinach, milk, flour, sugar, salt, black pepper powder, finely chopped onion, garlic, and oil.
How to make Spinach Soup
Step 1- Heat oil in a pan and fry finely chopped onion and garlic until golden.
Step 2- Add spinach and cook.
Step 3- Add one or two spoons of flour and mix well.
Step 4- Add a pinch of sugar, salt, and black pepper powder and mix water.
Step 5- When they are cooked, close the case and let it cool for some time, and then grind the spinach in a mixer.
Step 6- Boil it on medium flame and add one cup of milk.
Serve hot spinach soup. You can also add cubes of cheese on top.
Palak Paneer Bhurji

Ingredients to make Palak Paneer Bhurji
Spinach, paneer, tomato, green chili, ginger, cumin, asafoetida, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, green coriander, salt, and oil.
Recipe to make Palak Paneer Bhurji
Wash spinach well and chop it finely. Cut tomatoes into large pieces. Peel and wash ginger and also chop green chilies.
Step 2- Grind all the vegetables except spinach in a mixer.
Step 3- Heat oil in a pan and add asafoetida and cumin seeds to it. Add turmeric powder and fry.
Step 4- Put the vegetable paste in the pan and fry until the spices separate.
Step 5- Now add finely chopped spinach and salt and mix. When the water coming out of the spinach starts drying, cover and cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes.
Step 6- Add cheese pieces and garam masala on top. Garnish with green coriander. Your Palak Paneer Bhurji is ready.
