Spinach vegetable has their own importance in North India. Often you must have eaten Palak Paneer at parties, family parties, or birthday parties. But today we are going to tell you this special recipe of Paneer Khofta. After eating you will start licking your fingers.

Put oil in a pan and heat it, add 1 gram of black cumin and let it crackle, now add 3 grams of chopped ginger and chilli. Now add spinach and fry for 3 minutes and turn off the flame. Now mix the remaining dry fruits (chopped apricots, almonds, cashews and apricots) for stuffing and reserve.

Take a bowl, mix paneer, potato, cardamom powder, mace powder and maize flour and make eight balls of 35 grams each fill each ball with 13 grams of stuffing and fry the koftas on a low flame till they become light golden.

Make a paste by adding peanuts, sesame seeds, whole coriander, 2 grams of cumin, Kashmiri chilli, cashew, turmeric and coconut in the mixer. Heat ghee in a pan, add chopped garlic and onions and fry till onions turn light brown. Now add chopped ginger and roasted spice paste and cook on low flame. Now put 500 ml water in it and let it boil for 25 minutes. Strain the sauce and put the koftas in the sauce and serve hot.
