Apart from this, many nutrients present in them are very beneficial for our health. Therefore, we all should prepare and drink soup at home.
Well, soups are made in many ways, which you can make as per your choice. You must try making Vietnamese soup once. We will tell you its recipe in this story. Vietnamese soups are not only delicious but also easy to make.
To make soup, first collect all the ingredients. After this, take two cups of water and keep it on the gas to heat. After the water becomes slightly hot, add noodles and salt to it and boil it.
After this, put oil in the pan and keep it on gas. After the oil is hot, add chopped onion, ginger, and garlic and cook. When the aroma starts coming, add the rest of the ingredients.
When beans, carrots, cabbage green coriander, etc. start cooking, add salt on top and let it cook. Then mix them well and cook for a minute or two.
After this, add garam masala, chili sauce, soya sauce, and black pepper and let it cook on low flame. After this, add water to it and cook for about 10 minutes. Finally, add cooked noodles and cumin seeds and turn off the gas. Now your soup is ready. Add green coriander and sesame seeds and serve.

Chopped Onion- 2
Cabbage- 1 (finely chopped)
Carrot- 1 (chopped)
Ginger- 1 inch
Garlic- 4 cloves
Black pepper powder- 1 teaspoon
Chili sauce- 3 spoons

Cumin powder- 1 tsp
