Ingredients for making soup
- 2 medium-sized tomatoes
- 2 medium-sized carrots
- 1 large beetroot
- Vegetable stock 1 glass of plain water
- Garlic cloves 3 to 4
- ginger a piece
- green chilli 2
- cumin one teaspoon
- oil 1 spoon
- Green Garlic Chopped
- coriander leaves
Soup Recipe
- Heat oil in a pan, add cumin, ginger, garlic, green chillies and sauté.
- Now when these ingredients crackle, add chopped tomatoes, carrots and beetroot one by one.
- Let it run for some time. Now add black salt and black pepper powder to it.
- Stir all these things and add vegetable stock to it.
- Now cover it and cook for 20 minutes.
- When it is cooked well, blend it and make it into liquid form.
- Now garnish it with green garlic and coriander leaves.
- Your magical soup is ready, serve it hot.
