Ingredients for making soup

  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 2 medium-sized carrots
  • 1 large beetroot
  • Vegetable stock 1 glass of plain water
  • Garlic cloves 3 to 4
  • ginger a piece
  • green chilli 2
  • cumin one teaspoon
  • oil 1 spoon
  • Green Garlic Chopped
  • coriander leaves

Soup Recipe

  • Heat oil in a pan, add cumin, ginger, garlic, green chillies and sauté.
  • Now when these ingredients crackle, add chopped tomatoes, carrots and beetroot one by one.
  • Let it run for some time. Now add black salt and black pepper powder to it.
  • Stir all these things and add vegetable stock to it.
  • Now cover it and cook for 20 minutes.
  • When it is cooked well, blend it and make it into liquid form.
  • Now garnish it with green garlic and coriander leaves.
  • Your magical soup is ready, serve it hot.
