How many almonds should one eat in a day?

  • If you are a beginner in eating almonds, then start with 2 soaked almonds.
  • Soak 2 almonds overnight peel them and eat them in the morning.
  • When you start eating 2 almonds a day and your body starts digesting them properly, then after 1 week-10 days start eating 5 almonds.
  • If you are feeling bloating or indigestion, do not increase the count of almonds.
  • According to experts, you can start eating 10 almonds daily by gradually increasing the number of almonds.
  • If you eat 10 almonds continuously for 90 days, you can get many health benefits.
  • People who have good digestion, exercise daily, and drink the right amount of water, then you can eat 20 almonds daily.
  • Almonds and other nuts are good sources of healthy fats, fibre and protein. These are difficult to digest.
