Material :
1 bowl green gram, 4-5 spinach leaves, 2 mint leaves chopped, finely chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste, 2 green chilies, 1 tsp roasted cumin, 1 tsp red Chili powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 cup rice flour, lemon juice
Method :
First of all, prepare a smooth paste of chana dal in the mixie.
Now put all the ingredients in it and add salt as per taste.
Then prepare balls from this paste.
Heat oil in a nonstick pan and fry all the kebabs till they become crispy and golden.
