Women get more sleep
Researchers found that people between the ages of 33 and 53 get less sleep than the general population due to work-life and childcare-related reasons. In this study, it was also found that among the people who participated in this research, the average sleep of men was 7 hours while the average sleep of women was 7.5 hours. The 19-year-old people involved in this research were the most sleepy and by the time they reached the age of 30, their sleep started decreasing.
