Digestive problems may increase

Consuming turnips in large quantities can cause gas, acidity, and stomach problems. Therefore, you should eat it in the right quantity so that there is no bad effect on the digestive system.
High Blood Pressure Problem
If anyone has a problem with high BP, then they should consume turnip on the advice of the doctor. Due to the amount of natural sugar and sodium present in it, it can increase high BP. If someone has a problem with high BP, then they should never consume turnips without taking advice.
Kidney problem
Turnip has a high amount of uric acid, hence it can increase kidney-related problems. Especially those people who are already suffering from kidney problems, are advised to eat it in less quantity.
