If your body can't break down lactose properly, it passes through the digestive tract and is broken down by intestinal bacteria. Due to this, gas formation and digestive problems may occur.

Leaky-gut syndrome

If your body is not suitable for milk then due to this you can become a victim of leaky-gut syndrome. Due to this, you may remain lethargic and tired all the time. There may be a complaint of constant headaches.

Acne problem

You may suffer from acne and pimples. If acne and spots appear repeatedly on your face, then you should pay attention to how much milk you are drinking every day. Some chemicals present in milk may cause breakout problems.

Weight gain

The amount of calories in milk is also high, so if you want to maintain weight then you should avoid milk or consume it in very small quantities. If you don't drink too much milk, you may gain weight.

Iron deficiency

Drinking too much milk can cause iron deficiency. Milk can interfere with iron absorption. You may have an anaemia problem. In such a situation, if you depend only on milk for nutrition, then change this habit from today itself.
