Talking about yoga in Bollywood, one person's name comes into everyone's mind and that is Shilpa Shetty. Shilpa is quite famous for her excellent acting as well as fitness. Shilpa started yoga when she was suffering from cervical spondylitis.

Recently, Shilpa has posted a video on her Instagram account, in which she is seen doing yoga. In the caption of the post, she wrote, 'Yoga is my inspiration to start my day (even though I am on vacation with 3 times a week fitness routine). EkapadUttanasana strengthens with Pawanmuktasana. It helps in improving the digestive system and is beneficial in controlling acidity, gas and constipation. She further wrote, 'After this Naukasana with some variations. It is one of the best asanas to strengthen the core, as it is extremely beneficial for the liver, pancreas and kidneys and strengthens the muscles of the arms, thighs and shoulders. However, anyone suffering from slip-disc, back pain or cervical problems should avoid this asana. Make sure to focus on yourself for a few minutes before delving into the day.'

UttanasanaPawanmuktasana -

  • To do this, first, lie down on your back on a yoga mat.
  • After this, raise your hands and at the same time bend the knees and raise your feet.
  • Now take your right hand backwards and straighten your left leg down.
  • While doing this, do it with the left hand and right leg.
  • Then bring your hands and feet to the old position.
  • Do this yoga-like Shilpa 10 to 15 times.
  • If you want, you can do it according to your ability.

Naukasana

Naukasana looks very easy in appearance, but when it is done then people get tired in just 5-7 minutes. It is called Naukasana because while doing it, the shape of our body looks like a boat.

How to do-

  • To do this, lie down on your stomach on the mat.
  • After this, raise your hands and feet in the air at 90 degrees.
  • In such a situation, the entire weight of your body should be on your hips and waist.
  • After staying in this posture for some time, come back to the first position.
  • Set a timer while doing Naukasana and start it with 1 minute. Because if you do it for a long time in the beginning, then there may be a pain in your body.
