Shardiya Navratri is going on, its excitement is now visible everywhere. Wherever Mata Rani has been established, many types of cultural programs are being organized. During these nine days, there is a tradition of worshiping different forms of Mother Goddess every day. It is believed that if you worship Mata Rani according to her form, all your wishes will be fulfilled. In such a situation, people offer offerings in the forms of Maa Durga daily.

The Kushmanda form of Goddess Durga is worshiped on the fourth day of Navratri. Maa Kushmanda is the original form of creation, the primal power, hence there is a tradition of wearing red, the favorite color of Maa Durga, on the fourth day. Along with this, it is considered quite right to offer Malpua to Mata Rani. This is the reason why in today's article we are going to tell you how to make Malpua at home so that you can prepare bhog for this form of Maa Durga at home. While making Malpua, keep in mind that it is not a fruit.

Essential ingredients
Wheat flour – 1 cup
Semolina (Rava) – 1/2 cup
Mawa – 3 tbsp
Milk – 1 cup
Saffron threads – 1 pinch
Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
Pistachio shavings – 1 tablespoon
Sugar – 1 cup
Desi ghee – for frying
Fennel powder – 1/2 tsp (optional)
Chopped cashew nuts – 1 tablespoon

Method
If you want to prepare Malpua at home, then first sift wheat flour in a big bowl and add semolina to it. After this, add a teaspoon of sugar, cardamom, and fennel powder to the same bowl and mix properly.
Now add khoya to this mixture and mix properly. When it is mixed properly, slowly add milk and prepare its batter. Keep in mind that it should not be too thin or thick. Now keep it covered for some time.
While it is kept aside, prepare the syrup. For this, you have to prepare uniform syrup. To enhance its taste, add saffron threads to the syrup.
Now to make Malpua, put ghee in a pan and heat it. After this, make Malpuas considering the capacity of the pan. When it gets roasted from both sides, put it in syrup. After it cools down, you can offer it. To decorate Malpua, add pistachios on it.
