To make sev-tomato curry, you need 1 bowl sev, 2 tomatoes, 2 tsp curd, 1/2 bowl tomato puree, 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste, 2 tbsp chopped coriander, salt as per taste 2 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, tsp garam masala, 1 tsp kasoori methi, tsp turmeric, tsp mustard seeds, tsp whole grains cumin, 1 pinch asafoetida, 2 tbsp oil

To make this, first, cut the tomatoes into fine pieces and put them in a bowl, after that you mix all the spices in it and make a paste.

After this, put oil in a pan and heat it on medium heat, after that you add tomato puree and curd and cook the gravy till it leaves the oil.

After this, add sev to it and mix it well, when the sev becomes soft, garnish it with green coriander leaves and serve hot with paratha, naan, or roti.
