Buckwheat flour - 1 cup
Potatoes - 2
Rock salt - according to taste

Ginger (grated)

Method

It is quite easy to make buckwheat pakodas. To make it, first take buckwheat flour in a vessel. After sifting it, add boiled and mashed potatoes, rock salt, finely chopped green chilies, and grated ginger in a bowl. Finally, add finely chopped coriander leaves to it.
Now mix it well add some water to it and prepare the batter. Keep in mind that its batter should remain thick. After preparing the batter, heat the ghee in a pan and then make small pagodas from the batter and put them in hot ghee, and fry them till they turn golden brown. When they turn golden, take them out on a plate covered with a napkin.

Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons

Method

To make Falahari chutney, first of all, put finely chopped coriander, mint, green chilies, ginger, lemon juice, and rock salt in a mixer. Grind all of them finely. If you want to thicken the chutney, then add curd and grind again. Take out the prepared chutney in a vessel and keep it in the fridge for some time. Now serve it with hot pakodas and offer it to Mahadev as well.
