Ingredients for making dry-fruit kheer

-One liter of milk, half a cup of the machine, 12 cashews, raisins, 2 spoons, 10 almonds, quarter cup sugar, 2-inch piece of dry coconut, and 4 cardamoms.

Method of making dry-fruit kheer-

First, take one liter of milk. Keep the milk to boil on low gas. Take care that the milk does not stick to the bottom of the pan. For this keep stirring it again and again. If you want, you can add some dry fruits to the milk after crushing it. Now let the kheer cook on low gas for 10 minutes. After every 3 minutes, keep stirring the kheer with a spoon. After this add sugar according to your taste in the kheer. Add cardamom for up flavor. Now after the sugar and cardamom mix well, turn off the gas. In this way dry fruit kheer is ready.
