Flour

Potatoes
Green chilli
Coriander
Ginger

Red chilli powder

1/2 tsp garam masala
Tsp asafoetida

Method

To prepare samosa, first sieve the flour and take it out in a big bowl. After this, add salt and celery to this flour. After mixing it well, add water and knead the flour. After kneading the flour, keep it aside. After this, take a pan and grease it with oil.

Now add boiled potatoes and mash them well. Now add green chili, coriander, ginger, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, asafoetida, and celery to these potatoes. Now fry it well. When it is fried properly, take out the potatoes and keep them on a plate.

Now it is time to make samosa. To make samosa, take a kneaded dough ball and roll it in a round shape. Now cut it into two parts from the middle and take one part. Make this one part triangular and fill it with potatoes.

After filling the potatoes, paste them on top with the help of wet flour. In this way, prepare all the samosas. Now these samosas are ready. If you want, you can fry it in oil. If you don't want to eat samosa in oil, then you can also air fry it.
