Ingredients for making Sabudana Pakodas
Sago
peanut kernels
potatoes boiled
Green chilly
green coriander
freshly ground black pepper
whole cumin
oil (for frying)
black salt (as per taste)

How to make Sabudana Pakodas
To make Sabudana Pakora, first, you boil the potatoes.
Now put the sago in the mixer and grind it, and make its powder.
Now put this powder in a vessel.
After this, peel the boiled potatoes when they cool down.
Now cut the peeled potatoes into big pieces.
After this, dry roast the peanuts by putting them in a pan.
Now grind the roasted grains coarsely.
After this, put boiled potato pieces in sago powder.
Now add roasted and crushed peanuts, and chopped green chillies.
After this add 1-2 tbsp of water and once again grind all the ingredients with the help of a mixer.
Now take out this thick paste in a vessel.
Now add cumin, black pepper powder and green coriander leaves and mix it well.
Now your pakoda batter is ready.

After this, put oil in a pan and heat it.
Now make pakoras from sago paste in hot oil and put them in the oil and fry them.
While frying the pakoras, keep the flame on medium.
Now fry them till they become golden brown and crispy from both sides.
Make all the paste pakoras in the same way.
Now serve them with green coriander and tomato chutney.
