National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) has introduced a new feature in the RRTS Connect application. NCRTC said in its statement on Saturday that many facilities will be available through this feature. This includes ticket booking, live train tracking, and station navigation. NCRTC said that the new feature released in the RRTS Connect app will make the experience of traveling in the Namo Bharat train more convenient and easy.
NCRTC gave special information
NCRTC said, 'RRTS Connect app is available on Google Play and Apple Play Store. Many new features have now been added to this app. Passengers will get a more comfortable travel experience in the country's first Regional Rapid Transit System i.e. RRTS Corridor.' NCRTC said, 'People can book their travel tickets in advance through the Plan Your Journey section. At the same time, UPI, debit, credit card, and net banking options will be available for payment. Along with this, users can easily download information and tickets of their previous journeys in the app itself.'

NCRTC said in its statement, 'The live train tracking feature in the app will give passengers information about the real-time status of the Namo Bharat Train train arriving in the next 30 minutes. Apart from this, it will also give information about the direction of the next station. It will cover the area from Delhi to Meerut. At the same time, it will also tell about the approximate time taken for the entire journey. Along with this, the facility of a complete timetable of trains will also be available, it will have complete information about how many days in a week the train will run and what time it will be.'
Details of arrival and departure of trains on the app
RRTS Connect app will provide good information about feeder buses. It will provide good information about the arrival and departure of trains along with information about bus stops, the starting point of the journey, and nearby RRTS stations. This will make planning the journey very easy.
Apart from this, through the RRTS Connect app, passengers will be able to book bikes, autos, and cabs from the station itself, in this users will get the service of the Rapido app in the app. Due to this, all the passengers will be able to reach the last step of their home easily. All the information related to the station will be available in the app itself. A landmark will also be given to find the station. Along with this, information about drinking water, restrooms, and gates to enter and exit the station will also be given in detail.

Not only this, but the app also has platform information, train direction information, lifts and escalators present at the station, information about available parking, etc. The app has been designed in such a way that it will provide complete information from the corner of the station to the platform and plan the journey.
Information about the station control room will be available within the app itself.
