But the country about which we are going to tell you today in this article is completely different. A very small country but special in many respects.
We are talking about a small micronation of 11 acres located in Nevada, United States of America. Originally called the Grand Republic of Goldstein, the Republic of Molossia is extremely special in many respects. It was established in the year 1977. Molossia is derived from the Hawaiian word 'maluhia' which means harmony and peace. Although not recognized by the United Nations, the Republic of Molossia has its navy, naval academy, space program, railroads, postal service, banks, tourist attractions, holidays, movie theaters, and online radio station.
The title of President is very broad.
This very small country also has a President, named Kevin Waugh. According to President Baugh, although the total population of this country is 38, currently only three humans and three dogs live here. There are many strange things in the country, such as Mr. Baugh's full title, which reads,

Although this micronation has only jailed a few people, the prison here is mainly used for tourists who bring contraband into Molossia.
This country is situated in an empty desert
Molossia was built in an empty desert. President Waugh says, "I am very proud of what we have created. Before we came here and declared it our country there was nothing here, just an empty desert. We are here, as yet unrecognized by other established nations. Yes, we are working on it.
