- The water present in tomatoes helps in cleansing the stomach and improves bowel movement.
- Beetroot is also a good source of fibre. It removes anaemia and also gives strength to the body.
- Dietary fibre is also found in spinach. It has laxative properties, which help in cleaning the stomach.
- Ginger relaxes the intestinal muscles and eases bowel movements.
- Piperine present in black pepper helps in improving digestion.
- Rock salt increases the secretion of digestive juice, which improves digestion.
Make this healthy soup to relieve constipation
Ingredients required
- Beetroot- 1
- Spinach – a handful
- Carrot- 1
- Ginger – half-inch
- Tomato- 2
- Rock salt- 1/4 tsp
- Black pepper- 1/4 tsp
- Lemon- half
- Water- 200 ml.
Method to prepare
- Put everything except lemon in the cooker and cook for 3 whistles.
- Let it cool.
- After this, blend it and adjust the consistency as per your choice.
- Now filter this soup.
- If you do not have intestinal problems, add 1 tablespoon of strained pulp to this soup.
- Add lemon juice on top.
- Your healthy soup is ready.
