Ingredients:

  • Kashmiri Red Chilli,
  • Curd, Mustard Oil,
  • Chaat Masala,
  • Black Salt,
  • White Salt,
  • Cashew,
  • Amul Cream,
  • Cardamom Powder,
  • Coriander Leaves,
  • Mint Leaves,
  • Garam Masala,
  • Cumin Powder,
  • Kasuri Methi,
  • Capsicum (Red, Yellow, and Green) )

Method :

For red marination

Mix Kashmiri red chilies, curd, mustard oil, chaat masala, black salt, and white salt.

For white marination

Mix Amul cream, cardamom powder, and salt in cashew paste.

for green marination

Mix freshly chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves, garlic, green chilies, salt, and black salt.

Prepare all the marinations separately and keep them.

  • Cut fresh paneer into cubes.
  • After this, capsicum is also to be cut in a square shape.
  • Now divide paneer and capsicum into three parts.
  • Put all three parts in different marination and leave them for 5-7 minutes.
  • After this, put them in tandoor skewers and make their tandoor.
