Vat Purnima fast will be observed on 3rd June, Saturday. Vat Purnima itself is called the full moon of Jyestha month.

Vat Savitri fast is also observed on the day of Vat Purnima, but on this day mainly married women in Maharashtra keep this fast for their husbands.

  • On the day of Vat Purnima, husband and wife should bathe with Ganga water and sprinkle Ganga water in the house.

  • On the day of Vat Purnima, husband and wife should chant the 'ॐस्रांस्रींस्रौंस: चन्द्रमसेनम:' mantra together.
