Material
Bitter gourd- 6-7
Gram flour – 1 cup
Rice flour – 1/2 cup
Green chillies – 4-5 (chopped)
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Mustard oil – as required
salt to taste
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp

Recipe
1. First of all, peel the bitter gourd and cut it into round shapes.
2. Then add rice flour, turmeric powder, gram flour, asafoetida, green chili, salt, and garam masala in a vessel and mix.
3. Prepare the batter by mixing all the ingredients.
4. Now heat oil in a pan.


5. Soak the cut bitter gourd in gram flour solution.
6. Soak the bitter gourd thoroughly in the solution.
7. When the oil is hot, add one bitter gourd and fry it until it becomes crisp.
8. When the bitter gourd becomes crisp, take it out on a plate.
9. Your crunchy and delicious pakodas are ready.
10. Sprinkle chaat masala and enjoy it with hot tea.
