Lehsuni Bhindi Recipe: Ingredients
Okra - 500 grams
Onion - 2 (chopped)
Garlic cloves - 20 (finely chopped)
Cumin - half tsp
Dry red chili - 7
Curd - 2 tsp
Tomato - 2 (chopped)
Asafoetida - a pinch
Coriander powder - half 1/2 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Dry ginger powder - 1/2 tsp
Mustard oil - 1/2 cup

How to make Spicy Garlic Bhindi
To make Spicy Garlic Bhindi, first of all, you have to take Bhindi and wash and clean it properly.
After this cut the bhindi into small pieces.
Then cut onions, tomatoes, and dry red chilies in a bowl and keep them separately.
After this, take a pan and put half a cup of oil in it, and keep it for heating.
Then when the oil becomes hot, put half a teaspoon of cumin in it and temper it.
After this add chopped onion, chopped tomato, and chopped okra to it and mix it well.
Then add chopped garlic cloves, 2 teaspoons curd, half a teaspoon dry ginger powder, a pinch of asafoetida, and salt as per taste.
After this, let it cook on low flame for at least ten minutes.
After this turn off the gas and then you can serve it with roti or paratha.
