Step 1

First of all, make hot water in a vessel and put it in a big tub according to the feet. Soak your feet in water for at least 15 to 20 minutes. By doing this, your feet will get a lot of relaxation and if your feet get swollen then it will also reduce to a great extent. Take out the feet and dry them with the help of towels.

Step 2

After drying the feet, again add clean and lukewarm water to the tub and add baby shampoo as per the need of the feet. Keep the feet immersed in water for at least 5 to 10 minutes. Baby shampoo is rich in Vitamin E and also contains moisturizing cream, which helps in keeping your feet from getting dry. You can also clean the ankles of the feet with the help of pumice stone so that the ankles are saved from bursting. Keep in mind that while using a pumice stone on the feet, use light hand pressure and scrub for about 5 to 10 minutes. By doing this, the layer of frozen dead skin on your feet will be removed and dryness will also reduce. After this, you clean the feet with a towel.

Step 3

It is also very important to shape the nails of the feet. Also, give shape to the cuticles. On the other hand, if you have nail polish on your toenails, then clean that too with the help of nail paint remover.

Step 4

It is very important to make the feet fragrant. For this, once again pour lukewarm water into the tub. Put the leaves of rose flowers in it. Soak your feet in this for at least 10 to 15 minutes. By doing this, the heat coming from your feet and the smell due to shoes will also reduce and the feet will look clean and beautiful.

Step 5

In the last step, first, clean your feet thoroughly. Now mix a capsule of almond oil and vitamin E and apply it on your feet. Massage well for about 2 to 3 minutes so that your feet do not get dry.
