Ingredients required

Boiled potatoes - 2-3

Poha - 1/2 cup

Bread slices - 2

Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp

Coriander powder - 1 tsp

Oil for frying - as required

To make a delicious Potato Poha Roll, first take potatoes and poha. Then wash the potatoes thoroughly and boil them. On the other hand, soak the poha and keep it aside. After boiling, peel and grate the potatoes. Now we will put them in a vessel. Then grind the bread pieces and mix them well with the potatoes. Now take the soaked poha and place it in a bowl and mash it well with potatoes and bread crumbs.



After mixing well, add chaat masala and coriander powder and mix. After this, make a cylindrical roll of this prepared masala and keep it in a thali or plate. When all the rolls are ready, put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the oil is hot, add the rolls as per the capacity of the pan and fry them. When they become golden brown, take them out.
