8 slices bread

8 spoon semolina

5 spoon all-purpose flour

2 spoon curd

1 spoon cumin

3 green chili

salt as per taste

2 cup capsicum, finely chopped

1 cup tomato, finely chopped

4 spoon oil

Method

You cut off the edges of the bread and make a smooth paste by mixing bread, semolina, flour, salt, curd, and water in a blender. After this, take out the prepared paste in a bowl and add cumin, capsicum, tomato, green chili, and green coriander and mix it.

Now heat a nonstick pan and grease it with little oil. Now put the paste from the bowl in the pan and spread it in a circle. After this, apply oil around the uttapam and cook it on low flame till it becomes crisp. Your bread utpam is ready.
