Balasana is also called "Child's Pose". In this, one has to sit with knees bent and hands stretched in front while keeping the head on the ground. Benefits- Balasana helps in reducing mental stress and maintaining emotional balance. It provides a feeling of relaxation and peace and also relaxes the muscles.

In Bhujangasana, one has to lie down on the stomach keep the palms of the hands under the shoulders, and slowly raise the body upwards. Benefits- This asana increases the flow of energy in the body and removes mental fatigue. Bhujangasana increases self-confidence and the mind gets positive energy.

In Vajrasana, one has to sit on the knees and bend the toes backward. One sits comfortably by keeping the hands on the thighs.
