Ingredients:
1 cup rose syrup
4 cups cold water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Ice cubes
Fresh rose petals (optional, for garnish)
Chopped pistachios or almonds (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:
In a jug or large bowl, combine rose syrup and cold water.
Add lemon juice to the mixture and mix well.
Taste the sherbet and adjust the sweetness or tartness by adding more rose syrup or lemon juice to your liking.
Fill serving glasses with ice cubes.
Pour the rose syrup into glasses, leaving some space at the top for garnish.
Garnish with fresh rose petals and chopped pistachios or almonds if desired.
Mix the garnish by stirring the sherbet lightly with a spoon.
