Materials required
2- cups broken vermicelli
1- finely chopped onion
1- finely chopped potatoes
1- finely chopped tomato
2- finely chopped green chillies
5 to 6 curry leaves
Half a teaspoon turmeric powder
Half teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
Salt to taste
4 tbsp oil
Maggi masala as required
Recipe:
First of all, chop the chives. Now heat a pan and fry the vermicelli until it turns brown. Then take it out on a plate. Now put oil in the pan and heat it. Fry cumin seeds in oil and add all the vegetables one by one. Also, add green chili and salt and cook. Now fry curry leaves, and potatoes in another vessel and add turmeric, chili powder, salt, and some Maggi masala and cook the masala with some water. Now add vermicelli to it. Mix everything, cover, and let it cook on low flame for 10 minutes. Remember not to stir the vegetables too much.
After cooking, squeeze the lemon and serve. If you want, you can use the dry fruits and vegetables of your choice in it. You can also use ghee instead of oil. In this way, your delicious breakfast will be ready.
