There is a huge variety of sweets in India and today we are talking about the Bengali sweet Rajbhog. Although it is known as a Bengali dish, it has made its way to every corner of the country. Material:

Paneer - 200 grams

Flour - 1 tablespoon

Water - 2 cups

Sugar - 500 grams

Golden food color - 1/4 teaspoon

Saffron - 1/8 teaspoon

Cardamom powder - 1 teaspoon

Almonds - 8

Pistachios (blanched and peeled) - 8

Instruction:

Start by mixing saffron threads with cardamom powder, pistachios, and almonds.

Next, add sugar and water in a pan on medium flame and stir continuously until the sugar dissolves completely.

Now mix flour and cheese together until smooth.

Divide this mixture into 7 to 8 parts in a round shape. Now put the mixture of dry fruits in it and make a round ball out of it.

Meanwhile, when the sugar solution dissolves completely, add a golden food color to it and increase the flame.

Now put the paneer balls in the syrup. Cook them on high flame for 15-20 minutes.

During this time, add water to the syrup every 5 minutes to maintain the correct consistency of the syrup. Let it cool and your Rajbhog is ready to serve.
