Stuffed Mango Kulfi is very tasty. Today we have brought you the recipe for Stuffed Mango Kulfi. It can easily be made at home. Let us know how you can make it.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 cup full-fat milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (cashews, almonds, pistachios)
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • saffron threads (optional)
  • sugar (optional, if needed)

Instructions :

  • Peel the ripe mangoes and cut them. If required, keep some small mango pieces for garnishing.
  • In a blender, add chopped mangoes, condensed milk, full-fat milk, heavy cream, cardamom powder, and saffron. Blend until you get a smooth and creamy mixture.
  • Taste the mixture and add sugar if required depending on the sweetness of the mangoes.
  • Add chopped nuts and mix well.
  • Pour the mango kulfi mixture into popsicle molds or small glasses.
  • If using popsicle molds, insert a stick into each mold. If using glasses, cover them with foil or plastic wrap and make a small hole in the center for the stick.
  • Place the molds or glasses in the freezer and let them set for about 2-3 hours or until half-set.
  • After 2-3 hours, take out the mold or glass from the freezer and put a small piece of ripe mango in the center of each kulfi. This will be the stuffing.
  • Put the molds or glasses back in the freezer and let them set completely for 4-5 hours or overnight.
  • Once completely set, remove the kulfi from the molds by running it under warm water for a few seconds or gently loosening it from a glass.
  • Garnish Stuffed Mango Kulfi with remaining mango pieces and chopped nuts if desired.
  • Serve the Stuffed Mango Kulfi immediately and enjoy this creamy and fruity frozen treat.
