Recipe:

Take wheat flour in a bowl. Wash fenugreek seeds thoroughly with water, chop them, and add them to the batter. Also add garlic, ginger paste, chopped green chilies, oregano, chili, garam masala, turmeric, and curd and mix. Now add salt as per taste and add some water. Also, add one to two spoons of refined oil, this will make the dough soft after kneading. Do not knead the dough that is too wet or hard. The softer the flour, the softer the thepla will be. Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes.

Place the pan on gas and heat it. Make small balls of dough and roll them in the shape of a paratha. Place the thepla on the pan apply light oil on both sides and cook until it becomes golden brown. You can also use ghee instead of oil. Make the remaining thepalas in the same manner. Hot methi theplas are ready to serve for a tasty and healthy breakfast. Enjoy with curd, pickle coriander chutney, and tomato sauce.
