Ginger tea is the first choice of Indians. Indians also start their day with tea. In such a situation, we have come up with a recipe for ginger tea that will give you an amazing taste and fill you with freshness.

Ingredients:

2 cups water

1 cup milk

1-inch piece ginger, peeled and grated

2 teaspoons loose black tea leaves or 2 tea bags

Sugar to taste

Instruction:

In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.

Add grated ginger to boiling water and boil for 2-3 minutes to enhance the flavor.

Add black tea leaves or tea bags to the saucepan and let it boil for another 2 minutes.

Add milk and let the mixture come to a gentle boil. Keep stirring the milk.

Once the mixture comes to a boil, reduce the heat and let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes.

Add sugar as per your taste and stir till it dissolves well.

Strain the tea into a teacup or mug using a fine mesh strainer.

Serve ginger tea hot and enjoy.
