- 10-12 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon black salt
- 1/2 teaspoon carom seeds

How to make garlic chutney
- First of all, crush the garlic cloves and grind them finely.
Now take out the crushed garlic on a plate.
- Add black salt, turmeric, Kashmiri red chili, and carom seeds to it.
- Make a paste by mixing water.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add cumin seeds to it.
- Add yellow mustard to it.
Then add chutney paste to it and mix.
- Stir well and add Kasoori Methi, finely chopped coriander, and dry mango powder and mix.
- Hassun's spicy chutney is ready. Serve with hot paratha.
