Make dhaba-style cheese bhurji with this easy recipe at home

Ingredients for Paneer Bhurji:-
250 grams cheese
Half a cup of green peas
2 onion finely chopped
Half cup chopped tomatoes
Half a cup of chopped capsicum
1-2 tablespoon oil
2-3 tablespoons chopped coriander
4 teaspoons cumin seeds
Half-inch pieces of ginger finely chopped
1 green chili finely chopped
Half turmeric powder with 4 teaspoons
Half red chili powder from 4 teaspoons
1 teaspoon coriander powder
salt to taste

Make Paneer Bhurji like this:-
First of all, keep a pan on the gas to heat, then add oil to it. When the oil is hot, add cumin seeds and chop them. After cumin, cut green chilies and ginger. Fry it for 1 minute while stirring it, then add all the spices according to the ingredients and mix it. Cook the spices thoroughly, if you feel this dry, then add 2-3 teaspoons of water to it, it will not burn the spices. Fry the spices lightly and then add coriander and turmeric powder to it. Now fry for a few seconds and then add pea grains and mix. We have to cook the green peas a little, so after adding it to the spices, cook it for about 2 minutes. After the pea is melted, finely chop the capsicum and tomatoes in it. Now add red chili powder and mix it. Subsequently, add salt as per taste and cook well for 2 minutes. When all the vegetables are cooked, add grated cheese to it. Then add green coriander and mix it well. Paneer Bhurji, which is just a part, is ready, now enjoy it.
